Learn your first turns or perfect your technique at a snowboard course in Zell am See – Kaprun!
No matter whether you are a beginner, returning to the sport or an experienced snowboarder – the snowboard instructors at the Ski & Snowboard School Zell am See teach according to the latest teaching and training methods.
For more safety and fun while boarding, very often only a few exercises and little tips are missing.
The minimum age for our snowboard lessons is 10 years! For younger children we offer snowboard lessons with private instructor!

It’s best to book your snowboard course online now or come to our ski school offices after your arrival.

COURSES - BEGINNERS
Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 – 12:00 + 13:00 – 15:00
(4 hours course per day)
*During Christmas / New Year, courses run continuously and start almost every day!
COURSES - INTERMEDIATES/ADVANCED
Sunday to Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
(2,5 hours course per day)

COURSE START
Beginners: Sunday and Monday at 10:00 a.m.
Advanced: daily, Sunday – Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
* Group courses for adults will take place from 18 December 2022!

In the period from 25.12.2022 – 06.01.2023 (Christmas / New Year) continuous course operation and almost daily course start is possible!
* There will be no group course on 1st Jan 2023!
MEETING POINT
CHECK IN: 09:15 – 9:30 at the ski school office – AreitXpress, CityXpress, Schmittenhöhe.
SNOWBOARD COURSES for beginners and advanced skiers start at our meeting point F – Areitbahn 3 / TrassXpress mountain station.
SNOWBOARD LEVELS
SKI COURSES – ADULTS
This is how we divide the groups:
BEGINNER
* G1 – GREEN – first time snowboarding
* G2-GRÜN – can slide
No previous knowledge is required for a beginner’s ski course. For beginners we recommend a 3, 4 or 5 day course (course start: Sunday and Monday).
ADVANCED
* B1-BLUE – can do easy turns
* B2-BLUE – can go down on blue slopes safely
* RED – can do red slopes
* BLACK – can do black runs

The 3 ski school offices of the Zell am See Ski School are located directly at the valley stations of the cable cars and are open daily from 08:30-17:30!

With our 6 meeting points, distributed throughout the ski area of the Schmittenhöhe ski resort in Zell am See, we offer you a perfect service. SNOBWBOARD courses are starting from our meeting point F – Areitbahn 3 / TrassXpress mountain station.

* Ski passes and equipment are not included in the price of the ski course. If a group is reduced to 3 participants, the ski school reserves the right to combine groups and shorten the lesson time. The ski school declines any liability for accidents that occur during or before the ski lessons. Course fees will only be refunded in the event of injury or illness, with a doctor’s certificate – as a difference. Course cancellations due to bad weather, lift failure (force majeure) will not be reimbursed.
